Role Overview

Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for a 500–2000 employee organization
• Define, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and processes
• Design, drive, and govern the Performance Management System (PMS)
• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and business heads
• Ensure statutory compliance, governance, and HR risk management
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

• Currently working as an

  HR Manager or HR Director

• Experience in a

  500–2000 employee organization

• Proven expertise in

  HR policy definition and implementation

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Performance Management Systems
