Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Director. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and developing performance management systems. The role also involves working closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and handling workplace issues
• Skilled in Performance Management and fostering employee growth
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup and manage virtual teams
• Prior experience in startup or educational environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
