· Act as a custodian of company culture and core values, advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
· Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
· Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.
· MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
· 8–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.
· Solid knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
· Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
