Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Daily tasks include advising management on HR issues, handling employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating with different departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Master's degree in Human Resources
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a plus
