What You’ll Do

As our HRBP, you’ll be the bridge between leadership and team members, ensuring our culture thrives while driving business goals through effective HR strategies. Your core focus will be:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for luxury travel professionals and corporate roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in the travel and hospitality space.
• Build a talent pipeline for niche and leadership positions.

2. Learning & Development

• Design and implement impactful training programs – from onboarding to continuous skill development.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver solutions that enhance service quality.
• Introduce learning initiatives that inspire career growth and leadership potential.

3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• Drive the annual and mid-year performance review cycles with clarity and fairness.
• Coach managers on giving constructive feedback and setting SMART goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify high performers, and design retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in

  luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service industries

• Strong track record in

  recruitment, training design, and performance management

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and culture.
