Human Resources Business Partner

You are looking for an HR Business Partner at the Specialist level to provide support to business units in the BPO/IT industry. This position entails working night shifts to cater to U.S. clients and focusing on employee communications, HR documentation, and policy compliance. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with internal leaders to implement HR programs that foster a supportive, compliant, and performance-driven work environment. The ideal candidate for this role should possess comprehensive experience across various HR functions. You will be expected to handle onboarding processes for new hires, gather essential background information, and provide ongoing support to employees during their tenure. Your key responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for HR support within assigned business units, participating in the execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee alignment and engagement, driving HR initiatives related to performance, engagement, and organizational culture, managing employee relations including investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation, conducting research on employee trends to enhance engagement and retention, staying updated on legal standards to mitigate risks associated with daily employee management, assisting in conflict resolution, establishing standards for company ethics, values, and culture, and assisting in HR data collection and report generation for leadership. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills, demonstrated proficiency in onboarding new employees and managing HR tasks, and be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.,
