Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business teams in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, stakeholder management, and strategic people initiatives. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
  • Understand business priorities and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Advise managers on workforce planning, team structuring, and employee development.

2. Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance, development, and exit.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, skip levels, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Address employee grievances and provide timely resolution.

3. Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals.
  • Identify high-potential talent and partner with leaders on succession planning.
  • Support learning & development initiatives and competency-building programs.

4. Policy, Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and organizational processes.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.

5. Change Management & Culture

  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive communication across teams.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and culture-building activities.


Requirements

  • 5–10 years of HRBP experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
