Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ MBA/PGDBM in Human Resources (or equivalent Full Time).
✅ 3+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
✅ Passion for creating a positive, high-performing work culture.
