Human Resources Business Partner

As an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 10 to 15 years of experience, you should have a background in the BPO industry, US Healthcare industry, or well-known IT companies with 2000+ headcount. Your role will involve handling a team of at least 300 individuals and requires excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing all employee lifecycle activities such as one-to-one connects, skips, appraisals, retentions, grievance handling, and employee escalations. - Providing support to Delivery by driving strategic initiatives and offering talent insights to enhance operational effectiveness. - Utilizing HR analytics to create monthly dashboards, analyze headcount trends, conduct attrition analysis and forecasting, highlight talent development opportunities, and perform cost analysis. - Ensuring timely closure of system-related processes and organizational compliances. - Addressing concerns related to POSH, disciplinary issues, and other legal scenarios. - Collaborating with the resource management group to allocate and move resources effectively. - Working closely with business heads to calibrate appraisals and promotions. - Seeking early joiners to join the team.
