This role is ideal for candidates with a background in solar panels, inverters, batteries, and grid-tied inverters (GTI), and a passion for sustainable energy solutions. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and identify qualified leads. Product Promotion: Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy – including cost savings, environmental advantages, and available incentives. Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings and site visits for the sales/technical team with interested leads. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions; prepare weekly reports for management review. 🛠️ Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or pre-sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and GTIs. Communication: Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
