Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape and implement effective people strategy in the organization, in line with the Country and Group objectives. The HRBP will be expected to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to drive culture, engagement and performance. The incumbent will also be required to have a strong understanding of data and analytics to be able to drive effective data-based decision making across the organization. The role encompasses knowledge across all aspects of HR domain with having a more generalist view and also being able to manage operational activities, employee relations and policy making.

Responsibilities

alent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to adopt appropriate strategy on finding suitable talents for their team through various sources
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to fill positions effectively and efficiently
  • Lead key recruitment drives in line with business strategy, monitor recruitment metrics to make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Support HR Head in succession planning and talent management of staff.
  • Ensure the deployment of career management processes and tools (onboarding, mobility, talent policy, succession plan, etc.).
  • Participate in the creation and updating of job reference systems, job mapping, skills reference systems, job descriptions, skills and performance evaluation processes, etc.
  • Drive the employee survey, and actionable around the same.
  • Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion champions to identify and implement specific D&I initiatives for the organization.

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Support in conducting total rewards benchmarking on a need basis and provide input to the Management on the gaps for all positions and suggest corrective actions as part of the Annual Compensation review process.
  • Partner with COEs to effectively complete the annual exercise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support HR Head in driving initiatives to make Ayvens a preferred place of working and stay ahead of competition.

Training & Development

  • Work with managers to identify training needs and implement training plan in line with business objectives.
  • Drive the Performance Management Process and conduct workshops to ensure clarity on the optimum usage of the tools.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Partner in driving employee engagement programs through pro-active and structured interventions
  • Ensure active and close connect with key stakeholders including staff and managers, identify flag key staff issues in a timely manner, plan action plans and ensure follow through.
  • Pro-actively manage any employee grievance cases.
  • Support managers in dealing with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • Ensure smooth staff offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and analysing trends to manage turnover.

People Analytics

  • Create and provide updates/MIS to the Senior Management team on a regular basis to help facilitate appropriate managerial decisions concerning employees.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and make processes more efficient.


Qualifications

  • Postgraduate with a specialization in Human Resources
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-driven and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative
  • Experience and comfort with digital tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Workday system preferred
  • Positive attitude, passion for learning and solution-oriented mindset in line with Ayvens values
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help ensure compliance.
