Human Resources Trainee

We are seeking a candidate on a temporary basis (6-9 months) who can help create and streamline HR policy and processes, while ensuring appropriate documentation, and suitable dashboards are in place. A successful incumbent will have a good understanding of data and analytics and ability to organize and structure material, while bringing in news ways of working. This is a great opportunity to experience and learn about HR activities in an organization going through an exciting phase.

Responsibilities

Support the HR Head in:

• Conducting gap analysis of policies at local and global level
• Streamlining policy documents
• Supporting in managing compensation review exercise and performance management
• Maintaining employee data on various systems and tools
• Building dashboards across HR processes for management team for efficient tracking and monitoring
• Identifying opportunities to automate and make HR processes more efficient.

Partner with stakeholders to build a new joiner Induction program and help implement in Ayvens India.

Any other specific requirement that may come in.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate with a specialization in Human Resources
• Fresher or 1-2 years of experience
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative
• Expertise on digital tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Positive attitude, passion for learning and solution-oriented mindset in line with Ayvens values
