Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP Accounting with strong experience in preparing and filing 10-K and 10-Q reports, as well as deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting. Key Responsibilities Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc. Manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes. Research and implement complex technical accounting standards. Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance. Drive multiple US GAAP accounting and reporting projects for 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting. Hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing. Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC). Experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects. CPA or CA preferred. Preferred working experience in Workiva (not mandatory but preferred). Knowledge in SEC and PCAOB audit regulation (ref:iimjobs.com)
