Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA HR graduate to join our team as an HR Trainee. This is a full-time entry-level role designed for freshers who are eager to start their HR career and gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and trackers
• Support onboarding and joining formalities, including documentation
• Assist in drafting HR emails, offer letters, and internal communications
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR reports
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Learn and assist with HR policies and compliance-related activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory)
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in HR
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
• Professional attitude with discipline and integrity
