US NON IT Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. This includes sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various Non-IT positions from industries such as Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Retail, Automobile, Construction, and more. Your role will involve collaborating with Business Development Managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. To attract top talent, you will need to utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels. Additionally, conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with coordinating and scheduling interviews, as well as facilitating communication and feedback between candidates and Business Development Managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Google Docs will be crucial. Moreover, building and sustaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs will be essential.
