Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
• Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hiring Non-IT, and IT US staffing Recruiters.
• Experience in Hiring US IT/NON-IT BDM and BDE.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and resources
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-notch talent.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess fit, qualifications, and suitability for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions, job postings, and candidate-sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and resources such as social media, job boards, and employee referral programs to source candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
