Role

Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hyderabad(On-site)

Responsibilities

• Must have prior experience in hiring for senior & mid-level positions incl. operations roles, Associate Director of Operations, Procurement Manager, Inventory Manager and Founder’s Office,.
• Must also have prior experience in hiring for marketing roles, including but not limited to Content Strategist, Growth Manager, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor.
• Take ownership of recruitment projects and lead the process independently, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and organized tracking of candidates and open positions.
• Close at least 3 new roles per month to meet hiring goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in hiring across multiple functions (marketing, operations, social media, PPC etc.).
• Prior exposure to hiring for D2C brands or consumer startups would be more relevant.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, IIM Jobs etc.
• High ownership mindset and the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Deep understanding of ideal candidate personas and talent mapping.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging ₹10 LPA to ₹15 LPA and above based on experience and fit.
