US NON IT Recruiter

As a US Non-IT Recruiter, your role involves handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. This includes sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Retail, Automobile, and Construction. Your collaboration with Business Development Managers (BDMs) is crucial to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit candidates from diverse industries using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent. - Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews while facilitating communication and feedback between candidates and BDMs. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Google Docs. - Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter. - Proficiency in working with Civil engineers, Attorneys, and Mechanical engineers is preferred.
