You will serve as a vital link between recruiters, candidates, and clients to ensure smooth transitions, compliance, and a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants hired for Healthcare, Pharma, and State clients. Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and clients to ensure the timely collection of onboarding documents. Verify and validate candidate information, background checks, and employment eligibility documents (I-9, W-4, E-Verify, etc.). Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation and update internal HR/ATS systems. Act as the first point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
