Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Trainee role based in Ahmedabad. The trainee will assist the HR department with various duties, such as supporting HR operations, helping with the implementation and management of HR policies, coordinating personnel management activities, and participating in the development of HR management strategies. The individual will gain hands-on experience and insights into HR processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative team environment.
• Master's in Labor Welfare preferred.
