Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

• Maintain HR records, attendance & employee data using Google Suite
• Contribute to

• Assist with

  payroll inputs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate in

  HR / Psychology / Management

  or related field
• Interest in HR operations & talent acquisition
• Working knowledge of

  Google Suite

  (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
• Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Proactive, approachable & detail-oriented

A Day at Cocoma Digital – HR Trainee/ Intern

Your day starts with screening applications and scheduling interviews.

By midday, you’re coordinating with teams, supporting onboarding, and updating HR documents.

In the afternoon, you handle employee queries, track attendance, assist with payroll inputs, and help plan engagement activities.
