Role Overview

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design YouTube thumbnails, carousels, banners, and platform-specific graphics.
• Create engaging social media posts and visual storytelling assets.
• Work with video editors, content strategists, and social teams to develop performance-led designs.
• Translate campaign concepts into clean, compelling creative outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends, Gen Z aesthetics, and platform formats.

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Have 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency/digital preferred).
• Are fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; Figma is a plus.
• Have a strong eye for composition, color, and detail.
• Understand what works visually across YouTube, Instagram, and short-form platforms.
• Can handle quick turnarounds and tight timelines with ease.
