Role Overview

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design & animate

  motion graphics for trailers, intros/outros, lower thirds and social snippets.
• Create platform‑native assets—thumbnails, loops, GIFs—for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Threads and X.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives that meet client goals and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate

  with cross‑functional teams to align storytelling, pacing and visual style.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay current on animation trends, typography, transitions and emerging tools; share best practices with the team.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate until creative excellence is achieved.

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Bring

  3+ years

  of hands‑on motion‑graphics experience in an agency, studio or content‑heavy brand.
• Are fluent in

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and the full Adobe Creative Suite

  ; knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Have a solid grasp of animation principles, kinetic typography and visual‑design aesthetics.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, feedback‑rich environment and can juggle multiple deliverables.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with designers, editors and clients.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI‑based motion tools (Runway, Lottie, etc.) or basic 3D/CGI.
