Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp and curious Content & SEO Specialist who can write compelling copy, optimize for performance, and move fast in a creative-first, AI-augmented work environment. You’ll create content across our website, LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, and internal platforms, while also optimizing it for search engines and future-facing discovery platforms like YouTube and AI bots.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimize website pages, success stories, blogs, and social posts (especially LinkedIn).
• Work closely with creative, dev, and leadership teams to translate our services and case studies into content that performs.
• Optimize all written content for SEO, AI indexing, and YouTube discoverability.
• Collaborate with our technical and video teams to align on back-end ingestion structure and front-end storytelling needs.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.) to speed up content workflows and enhance quality.
• Contribute to the company’s content strategy, tone of voice, and digital presence.
• Research and adapt quickly to new tools, trends, and platforms.

What Your Typical Day Looks Like:

• Start your day by reviewing performance data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn, identifying what’s working and where to optimize.
• Analyze the performance of recent web and social posts, focusing on lead generation, engagement, and SEO impact.
• Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring timely publishing across websites and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather raw content, insights, visuals, and context needed for blogs, case studies, and posts.
• Conduct topic research, keyword planning, and monitor industry trends to align content with what’s relevant and searchable.
• Draft and edit compelling stories, posts, success highlights, and thought-leadership pieces for Cocoma’s platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content performance reports with insights for the senior leadership team.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in content writing + SEO, preferably at an agency or fast-paced startup.
• Have worked with or understand backend CMS systems and how content is structured for ingestion/display.
• Are fluent in English (spoken + written) and can write with clarity, flair, and precision.
• Have a working knowledge of AI writing tools, content naturalization techniques, and YouTube SEO.
• Understand SEM/SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, meta content, and content schema.
• Bonus: Have experience with Google/Meta ad creatives, performance campaigns, or analytics.
