Human Resources Trainee

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Trainee to join our team in Tiruvallur. The Human Resources Trainee will assist in various HR functions, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The trainee will support HR initiatives, help maintain employee records, and aid in benefits administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic and innovative IT consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Our Process (Onsite)

• Internship Program- ₹3,000 per month
• Trainee Program - ₹8,000 per month
• Staff Position - Performance Based
