As an HR Intern & Trainee at Karnex Software Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune (Baner), your responsibilities will include: - Profile Sourcing Support - Scheduling Interviews - Coordinating Interviews - HR Admin support - Walk-in support - Campus Hiring support - Collaborate and coordinate closely with technical panel for interview scheduling - Coordinating internal associates availability for profiles - Follow up for internal associates readiness for customer interview To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition is preferred. - Responsibility and flexibility - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand technical requirements - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel as and when required Please note, this is a full-time job with immediate joining preferred.
