Human Resources Trainee

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Intern at Ytviews Online Media, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, creating and maintaining personnel files, assisting with employee benefits, and contributing to the development of HR procedures. This internship role is a hybrid position with the flexibility of remote work, but the physical location is in New Delhi. You will work from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off. The internship duration is 3 months. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR policies effectively - Create and maintain personnel files - Assist with employee benefits administration - Contribute to the development of HR procedures Qualifications: - Prior experience in Human Resources (HR) or a related field - Knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management - Familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Additional Company Details: Ytviews Online Media is a social media marketing and branding company with a strong presence, serving over 10,000 active clients across 20 countries. This internship offers a paid stipend of 5000 Indian Rupees for complete freshers in Human Resource and 7000-10000 Indian Rupees for interns with 2-3 HR experience.,
