The Area Business Manager will be responsible for leading efforts in their region to establish strong relationships with treatment centers, hospitals, chains, and clinical practitioners. You will identify and establish partnerships with key opinion leaders and senior practitioners in the oncology space. Your role will involve leveraging relationships to meet revenue targets and develop hospital-specific strategies. You will lead commercial negotiations with hospital chains and utilize clinical and scientific data for effective communication strategies. In addition, you will strategize and execute various sales and marketing efforts, including CMEs, RTMs, peer-to-peer connects, webinars, and other engagement plans. Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders will be essential for operational handovers, streamlined services to patients, and product education to clinicians. You will provide inputs for marketing communications, branding, and product brochures, supporting successful marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand promotion. The role will require extensive travel across the region to meet with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and relevant stakeholders. Attending conferences and industry congresses to represent the organization at regional and national forums will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be able to develop and deliver high-quality presentations independently to support the communication strategy. Continuous learning in the field of CAR-T and CGT is expected to ensure effective communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage data and influence decision-making are key competencies required for this role.
