National Sales Lead

As the Business Unit Head for NexCAR19, you will lead the national sales function by developing and implementing a robust sales strategy tailored to meet the business objectives and market dynamics. Your key responsibility will be to manage, mentor, and lead a team consisting of 5 Zonal Sales Managers and 10 Area Business Managers to drive execution excellence, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of national sales targets. You will be required to build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, hematologists, and healthcare institutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including medical, marketing, supply chain, and market access for effective product positioning and access. Additionally, analyzing sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will be crucial to inform strategic decisions. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background with 15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly focusing on hemato-oncology, medical oncology, or high-end immunotherapy. A proven track record in leading large sales teams and driving business growth is essential, along with experience in managing and mentoring sales professionals. A deep understanding of specialty drug markets and stakeholder dynamics in oncology will further strengthen your candidacy.
