National Sales Lead

Key Deliverables: Lead the national sales function for NexCAR19 as Business Unit Head. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Manage, mentor, and grow a team comprising 5 Zonal Sales Managers and 10 Area Business Managers. Drive execution excellence to meet or exceed national sales targets. Foster strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, hematologists, and healthcare institutions. Collaborate closely with medical, marketing, supply chain, and market access teams for effective product positioning and access. Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all sales activities. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 15-20 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong focus in hemato-oncology, medical oncology, or high-end immunotherapy. Proven track record in leading large sales teams of Zonal sales managers & Area business manager and delivering business growth. Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team Deep understanding of specialty drug markets and stakeholder dynamics in oncology.
