Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Trainee located in Pedakakani. The Human Resources Trainee will assist in implementing HR policies, manage personnel records, provide support in employee benefit programs, and help ensure compliance with organizational HR standards. The role involves active participation in recruitment processes, coordination of training programs, and providing administrative support for overall HR operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
