About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and operational execution within our space and defense divisions . This role is critical to improving visibility, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven decisions across complex engineering and manufacturing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in aerospace or defense environments, and the ability to work across teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Analysis Work closely with leadership to define and track strategic initiatives in satellite manufacturing and defense innovation Break down complex business problems into structured analyses and actionable insights Program & Project Support Support project managers in monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and aligning resources Help define deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators for space missions and defense programs Process Mapping & Optimization Analyze current workflows in engineering, production, quality, and supply chain Recommend process improvements to reduce delays, costs, or inefficiencies Reporting & Visibility Build internal reports and dashboards to improve visibility into team structures, skillsets, and program health Develop tools to support decision-making at the leadership level Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to align on project needs and deliverables Prepare executive briefs, status updates, and presentations for internal reviews and customer interactions Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; MBA from a reputed institution 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or operations in aerospace, defense, or high-technology manufacturing Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills Background in satellite or defense domains is preferable
