Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Trainee role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Trainee will assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, manage personnel files, coordinate employee benefits, and support HR operations. The role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, including employee engagement, record keeping, and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles
• Understanding of HR Management practices, including recruitment and workforce planning
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and employee relationship handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace and learn quickly
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR internship or practical experience is a plus
