Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Tiruvallur. Creative and adaptable junior graphic designer skilled in both visual design and video editing. Experienced in producing eye-catching graphics and editing engaging video content for digital, print, and social media platforms, while maintaining brand consistency and quality. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), with a solid understanding of animation, motion graphics, and audio-visual storytelling. Eager to collaborate with creative teams, contribute original ideas, and continually learn new trends in both design and video production.

Key strengths include:

• Creating graphics, layouts, and marketing assets for web and print.
• Editing videos for campaigns, reels, ads, and social media stories.
• Developing motion graphics, simple animations, and integrating audio effects for a dynamic viewer experience.
• Supporting content teams with high-impact multimedia solutions.
• Ensuring consistency in brand visuals and storytelling across all formats.
• Maintaining excellent organization and time management to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Experience in Branding and Typography
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Our Process

• Internship Program- No stipend
• Trainee Program -₹3,000 per month
• Staff Position -₹8,000 per month
