Role Description We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Strategist to lead content creation and community engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll craft platform-native content, manage daily posts and stories, and build meaningful relationships with our audience on Instagram (including Broadcast), Reddit, WhatsApp Channels/Groups, and Facebook Groups. You’ll play a key role in shaping Gaysi’s digital voice, growing our reach, and holding space for queer community building online. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute original, high-quality content (posts, Reels, memes, stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Write compelling copy, captions, and scripts aligned with Gaysi’s tone and sensibility Design visuals using Canva, Adobe Suite, or other tools Spot trends and creatively adapt them for our platforms Plan and maintain content calendars across all active channels Online Community Management Monitor, engage, and respond across DMs, comments, and group chats Manage and moderate online community spaces (Discord server, Reddit threads, FB & WhatsApp Groups, Instagram Broadcasts) Foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment in each space Organize community check-ins, AMAs, polls, and interactive storytelling formats Campaigns & Collaborations Support influencer collaborations, event coverage, and partner campaigns with tailored social content Capture BTS, interviews, and community voices during events or campaigns Coordinate with internal teams to align content with larger campaign goals Analytics & Growth Track metrics and engagement patterns Generate insights and adjust strategies to improve reach and retention Work towards defined growth goals while maintaining content integrity Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media and digital content creation Strong writing and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc. Passion for digital culture, memes, and social trends Experience or comfort with community management on platforms like Reddit, Facebook and WhatsApp Deep awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, language, and sensitivities Nice to Have Photography/videography skills Experience in queer media, lifestyle brands, or advocacy/cause-based work Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and social KPIs Location: Khar West, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome) Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) Based in Mumbai and comfortable with on-site work in Khar West

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Brand Partnerships Lead & Manager who will drive brand outreach, secure collaborations, and oversee the development and delivery of marketing solutions. This role is both client-facing and internally collaborative - you will identify opportunities, pitch ideas, manage client relationships, and work closely with our creative teams and external collaborators to execute campaigns on time and to brief. Must be based in Mumbai, ideally in the suburbs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Outreach Identify and proactively approach brands aligned with our vision. Craft and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure new projects. Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential brand partnerships. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative briefs. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. Comfortable balancing outreach and relationship-building with execution oversight.
