Human Resources Trainee

Job Description:

• Initial 2 months will be unpaid training, focused on understanding core HR functions, company policies, and HR operations.
• From the 3rd month, a monthly salary will be provided (₹8,000 – ₹14,000), based on performance during the training period.
• 3rd and 4th months will be considered as a probation period.
• Learn and assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support HR activities such as documentation, onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic employee coordination.
• Gain exposure to job portals, LinkedIn hiring, HR tools, and internal HR processes.
• Must have good communication skills, basic HR understanding, and a willingness to learn.
