Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in Hiring (Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting), Col calling and Interview alignment.

· Assist in HR operations, including onboarding and documentation

· Support employee data management and HR trackers

· Coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities

· Maintain employee records and HR MIS

· Assist with attendance and leave management

· Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

· Handle basic HR coordination and communication


Requirements:

· MBA / PGDM in HR (pursuing or completed)

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Basic knowledge of HR operations and MS Excel

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
