Position Overview: The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to meet our company’s growing needs. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including engineering, design, sales, and operations.
  • Job Postings: Create compelling and accurate job descriptions that align with company needs and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions and development programs. Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage HR databases and generate reports as needed.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the LED screen industry or similar technology sectors is a plus.
