• Key Responsibilities:

  You will be responsible for reviewing budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems, setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy.

• End to End Recruitment for UK & India.
• Job posting, Onboarding, Induction & Exit interviews.
• To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Proven work experience as a HR & Recruitment Manager or similar role
• Ensuring the highest standards of payroll administration, in partnership with Finance dept colleagues
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
• Solid understanding of labour legislation
• Previous generalist HR experience in a global organisation
• Strong working knowledge of both UK and European employment legislation/laws
• Cultural awareness to work in a highly diverse organisation with different languages and nationalities
• Flexibility to speak with international colleagues in different time zones outside of regular working hours (occasionally)
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
• Review departmental budgets
• Organize learning and development programs
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills and the ability to delegate.
• Maintaining employee databases in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Other duties may include:

• Office equipment maintenance and supplies
• Bills and payments
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Qualifications/experience

• HR Management level 5 or above
• 3 years experience in HR management/advisory role
• Sound knowledge of employment law and practical application
• Payroll qualification
• 1 year Payroll experience
• Experience of developing Health and Safety standards
• Excellent Excel and Word skills
