Our newest venture, Techtron, is expanding rapidly into E-Mobility and Smart Electronics, including products like E-Scooters, E-Bikes, EV Chargers, and Dirt Bikes. We are now seeking a forward-thinking AI Expert to help us integrate AI-driven solutions across our operations, marketing, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for content creation, process automation, and customer engagement.
• Leverage ChatGPT and other AI models for tasks including copywriting, campaign management, product descriptions, customer service, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI tools with productivity apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, Asana).
• Enhance business operations using cloud-based platforms and AI-powered analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize content and social media strategies across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Support e-commerce operations by automating tasks such as reporting, competitor tracking, and marketplace management (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
• Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Train teams on using AI systems effectively and ensure smooth adoption across departments.
• Work with IT teams to ensure secure integration of AI tools with company systems.
• Produce clear reports and insights to highlight AI-driven impact on productivity and sales.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience using ChatGPT (OpenAI) and other generative AI tools in a business context.
• Strong background in IT/software applications, cloud-based systems, and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and ability to use AI for marketing enhancement.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integrate, API integrations) for productivity workflows.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and AI-powered reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• (Preferred) Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, GA4, GTM).
