Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Koita Foundation and its partner organizations (KCDO, KCDD, KCDM), including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through digital platforms, networks, and partnerships.
Partner with leadership to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines.
Manage HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and policy implementation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
Support performance management, training coordination, and HR analytics.
Oversee administrative operations including vendor management, office coordination, and compliance tracking.
Support the design and implementation of people and culture initiatives aligned with Koita Foundations mission.

Preferred candidate profile

10-12 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, preferably with exposure to social sector or mission-driven organizations.
Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles (program, operations, tech, and leadership)
Strong understanding of HR processes and admin best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing, multi-stakeholder environment.
