Job Description

Provide technology leadership to NCG and NCG centers, and engage with NCG centers to shape digital health strategy and provide requisite support.
  • Digital Solution Landscape

    : Assess existing and new oncology solutions and stay abreast of emerging technology trends in the industry.
  • Digital Transformation Roadmap

    : Engage clinical and technology leadership of NCG centers to co-design/co-create a digital health transformation roadmap
  • Digital Solution Selection

    : Conduct digital health solution pilots and identify/empanel solutions for NCG centers e.g., EMR, telemedicine, and patient engagement etc.
  • Digital Asset Library

    : Develop a comprehensive library of digital health solutions/best practices and design education materials to help train NCG centers on digital transformation.
  • Digital Standards

    : Define technical specifications for common standards (interoperability, privacy, security, etc.) and data/analytic models in alignment with policy guidance/regulatory requirements.
  • NCG Centre Engagement

    : Engage closely with NCG centers and build strong relationships with technology leadership to help drive digital adoption.
  • NCG Technology Operations

    : Drive NCG internal technology initiatives and operations e.g., enterprise data warehousing, analytics, AI/ML

Desired Profile:

Industry Experience and Qualifications
  • Senior professional with 12-14 years of progressive growth and experience in technology, data management, and digital transformation
  • Experience in the healthcare industry in senior positions with a solid understanding of healthcarespecific technologies and data standards highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven track record in leading teams and organizations through digital transformations at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and growing trust-based relationships with senior professionals at public and/or private hospitals.
  • Strong desire to contribute to social impact at scale with a long-term view.
  • Deep understanding of technology including mobile, cloud, AI/ML/deep tech, open source, service-oriented architecture, and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and standards including data management, data privacy and security, data interoperability, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), strong program management experience, business orientation, and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.

Technical Program Manager
Location : Mumbai
To lead the end-to-end project management of NCG-KCDOs application development, implementation and support as needed; Establish governance frameworks to track progress and drive achievement of success metrics.
  • Roll out of the RFP

    : Support specification development for applications, roll out of RFP and the selection of the vendor for the development of NCG-KCDO application. Play role in technical evaluation of vendors/partners.
  • Facilitate Adoption

    : of the NCG-KCDO applications across the NCG member centers, identify implementation opportunities and guide them through their digital transformation journey.
  • Project Management

    : Track application implementation and user adoption while establishing governance frameworks to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Outcome Measurement

    : Define and monitor KPIs to assess the success of the application implementation and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Relationships

    : Foster strong partnerships with NCG hospitals and application vendors to ensure seamless implementation and issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement

    : Document lessons learned to refine processes and enhance future implementations.
  • Other Initiatives

    : Provide program management support to other NCG KCDO initiatives to drive digital transformation. Engage with digital champions from various NCG centers

Desired Profile:

Industry Experience and Qualifications
  • Professional with 8+ years of managing program execution across a portfolio of projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a good understanding of healthcare technologies and direct involvement in project management, implementation and governance of digital health initiatives.
  • A bachelors degree in health informatics, computer science, or a related field is required

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven track record in program management and effective governance to achieve project objectives within a defined timeframe.
  • Understanding of technology such as distributed applications, cloud-based applications, and AI applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and growing trust-based relationships with senior professionals at public and/or private hospitals.
  • Strong desire to contribute to social impact at scale with a long-term view. High degree of resilience and intrinsic motivation to drive things forward, especially in the face of challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a government organization as part of a collaborative network and effectively navigating the operational processes to deliver results.
  • Ability to be hands-on and work as an individual contributor with a solutions mindset and demonstrated capacity for out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), collaborative approach and business orientation with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
