Vice President of Technology

Role Overview: As the Vice President of Technology at Logile, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company's technology transformation and platform evolution. Your primary focus will be on executing the end-to-end technology strategy, modernizing legacy systems, scaling DevOps capabilities, and building a modern data platform to drive business intelligence and AI initiatives. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of progressive experience in Software engineering, DevOps, and data engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP/Director level role. - Hands-on expertise with Java-based platforms, Spring Boot, and cloud-native environments. - Strong background in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks. - Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms and cloud data pipelines. - Understanding of data governance, quality, lineage, and compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with API-first design, service orchestration, and platform scalability best practices. - Self-driven and execution-focused with the ability to take ownership of initiatives. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading globally distributed engineering teams. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
