Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the Vice President of Technology. The Vice President of Technology will oversee and implement IT strategies, driving innovation while aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities include managing technology operations, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing strategic planning, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently. The role also involves identifying technology trends, optimizing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that support the organization's growth and mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex problems and deliver data-driven insights.
• Expertise in Information Technology and IT Strategy, understanding modern technology frameworks and architecture.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Strategic Planning to ensure logical, detailed execution of initiatives.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant experience in the financial or fintech industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
