Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive. The role involves managing HR operational activities, employee induction, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage the employee induction process.

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Support employee engagement activities and HR-related initiatives.

  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 13 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist profile.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
