Hr Operations Associate

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to employees by responding to employee queries via a case management tool, in line with established SLAs.• Ensure maximum employee satisfaction by ensuring interactions with employees are precise and timely in response to their inquiries.• Acts as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from other HR partners.• Administration and management of employee related documentation, including verification of employment and new hire documentation.• Escalates issues as required to appropriate teams for resolution and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution.• Manages workload to defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)• Handles a wide variety of HR related transactions across multiple channels and platforms.• Ensure that all transactions are compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines.• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of identified key business processes.• Support HR operational projects• Perform audits to determine data anomalies, gaps, or completeness.• Participating in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting and integrations

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience, including 24 months of operating in a shared services center or customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluency in English• Exceptional customer service skills• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.• Excellent oral and written communication experience.• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management / manipulation• Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree)• Experience with HR Management Systems incl. Workday and Service Now is an ideal• Ability to work on issues independently.• Detail oriented with capacity to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.• Confidence in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and having an abundance of common sense and pragmatism.
