Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring for interns, executives, managers, and operations roles
Coordinate with recruitment partners (e.g., Channelplay, agencies, colleges)
Create and post job openings across portals, referral programs, and internship platforms

2. Office Administration & Employee Engagement

Handle office operations including supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance
Plan and execute employee engagement events (birthdays, theme days, team activities

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

Conduct monthly and half-yearly employee satisfaction surveys
Support internal communication and employee recognition programs

4. HR Operations & Grievance Handling

Address payroll, leave, PF, and insurance-related queries
Maintain attendance, performance, and HR records
Ensure compliance with policies and statutory norms

5. Vendor & Resource Management

Manage vendors across multiple cities for HR and admin needs
Negotiate contracts, budgets, and ensure quality service delivery

6. Learning & Development

Design and deliver training programs using internal SOPs and external resources
Support upskilling initiatives for operations and tech teams

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar field.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, Canva, Advanced Excel, Decision Making techniques.
