As part of the HR Operations team, the Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. The responsibilities include:
End-to-End Onboarding Management: Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle including pre-boarding, orientation, and post-onboarding follow-ups.
New Hire Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, offering guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.Orientation Facilitation: Conduct engaging orientation sessions that effectively communicate company values, culture, and policies.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, and Payroll to ensure all onboarding logistics are in place for Day One.Compliance Assurance: Ensure all onboarding activities align with internal IBM HR policies and laws.Process Improvement: Continuously enhance onboarding processes, documentation, and digital workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.Inclusive Culture Promotion: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all new hires, with special attention.Metrics & Feedback Analysis: Monitor onboarding metrics and gather feedback to identify improvement areas and elevate the employee experience.?
