Job Description

  • Maintain an updated database of all staff across locations.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews for field-level and Vision Center staff. Ensure timely submission of attendance sheets, leave records, and field movement registers.
  • Ensure all employees have complete documentation (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, offer letter, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, minimum wages, etc.).
  • Assist in HR audits and maintain employee files both physically and digitally.
  • Support implementation of KRA/KPI tracking for Vision Center teams.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and confirmation processes.
  • Track and maintain evaluation records.
  • Conduct regular HR connect visits to Vision Centers.
  • Organize team-building and engagement activities at field and regional levels.
  • Support employee well-being initiatives and feedback collection.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in NGO, healthcare, or field-based organizations.
  • Experience in handling multi-location staff will be an added advantage.
