Overview DSRI Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The CAE Engineer will be responsible for performing simulations, analyses, and optimizations to support the design and development of innovative products. We are looking for a Simulation Engineer with strong FEA fundamentals and CFD experience to support multiphysics analysis and design validation across ongoing and upcoming R&D programs. This role is FEA-led , with expectations to independently execute CFD studies and contribute to coupled/physics-informed simulations over time. Role & responsibilities Core Responsibilities (Primary FEA): Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) simulations to evaluate product performance. Develop and validate simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Collaborate with design and development teams to provide insights and recommendations based on simulation results. Optimize product designs for performance, durability, and manufacturability. Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAE tools and techniques. Secondary Responsibilities (CFD) - Perform CFD simulations related to underwater applications Preferred candidate profile PhD (fresh graduates) or Bachelors / Master’s degree holders with relevant industry or research experience in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a closely related field . Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and mechanics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building HR systems from the ground up, working closely with leadership, and managing both shop-floor / technician workforce and professional staff in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles (engineers, technicians, helpers, admin, etc.) Coordinate with technical managers to understand manpower needs Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and probation reviews 2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift rosters Manage confirmations, role changes, exits, and full & final settlements Handle grievances and employee queries professionally 3. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance Coordinate payroll processing (in-house or with vendor) Manage attendance systems for both office staff and shop-floor workers Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, CL, SL, EL, Shops & Establishment , etc. Liaise with consultants and auditors for labor law compliance 4. Blue-Collar Workforce Management Handle contract labor, technicians, helpers, and shift-based staff Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to blue-collar workforce Support supervisors in resolving attendance, discipline, and productivity issues 5. Performance & Culture Support performance appraisal processes Assist leadership in building a positive work culture Drive basic engagement initiatives, policies, and communication 6. Policy & Process Building Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs Support ISO / NABL audits from HR and compliance perspective Ensure HR processes scale with company growth Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile 1-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist Hands-on experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Experience in startups, manufacturing, labs, or industrial environments preferred Good communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred) Good to Have Experience working with contract labor and vendors Exposure to audits (ISO / NABL / internal audits) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
